Unlike best rated robot vacuum of the other robovacs we tested, the i3+ EVO has an automatic emptying bin that dumps debris into an external dirt compartment on the base of its charging when it's filled. This makes it easier to maintain the unit and also helps prevent the i3+ EVO from overfilling, but it still needs to be manually empty after each cleaning session. The i3+ EVO does a better job of removing surface debris compared to some other robovacs that we have looked at, but it's not the best in cleaning corners and edges. It's also less gentle on furniture despite being relatively silent. It pulled chairs away from walls and made some collisions with the sides of our test bed, and it became stuck on cords and toys while testing.

If you're looking to increase your collection of robot vacuums, or just beginning your journey with the Q5 Pro is a great choice. The Q5 Pro's 240-minute run time is also generous when in comparison to other 2-in-1 robots that we tested.
